Rekordbox Problem with griding and macbook

I need help with Rekordbox on Macbook. I have the collection on an external disk and when I close and reopen Rekordbox, some tracks lose the grid; to recover them, I have to remove the tracks from the collection and import it again. Re-analyzing them doesn’t work. I did a test with some tracks, analyze them with Rekorbox on Windows on the same external disk, and close and reopen Rekordbox it works well and in my Macbook I can see the grid perfectly. but the reverse test does not work, analyze tracks in Macbook and view them in Windows
