XDJ RX2 - Why does it register Channels 1 and 2 as Channels A and B while I'm in Performance Mode?

To clarify, it registers the correct channels when I plug in my USB and use it as a stand-alone. I'd like it to register the correct channels during Performance Mode as well. Could you please assist?
