Rekordbox track loading error (xdj-aero)

I read all the fqa questions and cant solve the problem. I have windows xp 32.

First my problem was that i couldnt sync pc with xdj aero. i solved that i could connected both, i used the weel chose a track and after that i got both connections lost without receiving any error problem.

My english is pretty bad. maybe i lost somewhere in the explanation.
