LOAD SONG PROBLEN AND JOG WEEL PROBLEM AND VIDEO FREEZING

Hello im using rekordbox dj and video

I ve updated the last version of rekordbox

problem 1 when channel 1 song is actually playing...i have to load a next song on channel 2 when i press the load button on controller it loads the actual song from channel 1....i have to pres load in channel 2 multiple times

problem 2

my right channel jog wheel dosent scratch like before...its disabled

problem 3

when i play video...everything freezes but audio keep on playing (my laptop is with maximum configuration processor ram)
