Brand new DDJ SB3 stopped working

I've used my SB3 once and was fine, then next time I tried nothing works, lights flash on then off with only the Hot Cue button on.

I've tried different 2 USB cables and tried 3 different macs, updating Firmware but nothing is functioning.

Some info:

- Mac OS Monterey

 newest drivers are installed

If anyone could provide assistance here it would be greatly appreciated thanks!
