Connect phone to recordbox (Win) via phone hotspot

if you connect phone and computer to the same network or you connect to a hotspot hosted by your pc (with recordbox) you can connect phone and PC recordbox for syncing. But if you share internet from your phone by making hotspot from phone and connecting PC to it. You cannot connect recordbox, because PC cannot see it. I believe recordox phone app modification should help: to allow service broadcasting not only via WiFi, but via hotspot too.
