Hi,

I wiped my macbook pro before i sold it and didnt save anything from rekordbox. I still have the actual music files though.

I have reimported some of them in to the latest rekordbox and it shows the custom genres i gave them are actually still there. bonus! 

Is there any way of getting back my cue and loop points i had previously made?

The cue points, loops, playlists, etc, are stored in the RekordBox database and not in metadata in the individual tracks.

So unfortunately, unless you have a backup of the database, you'll have to manually set the cue points again.
