djm-s11 and windows (PC)
I cannot connect the djm-s11 to my windows laptop. I have downloaded serato dj pro, i have installed the driver for djm-s11, i have updated the firmware, i have download the driver to repair. and I still cannot connect the mixer. every time I connect djm-s11, serato pro dj gives an alert that pionneer djm-s11 hardware is connecting and it may take up to one minute. then it says pioneer djm-s11 hardware failed to connect, please try again. Anyone please help. I am about to ask for a refund on this mixer.
