RX3 doesn't read Playlists

After correct export with sync manager the RX3 doesn't read all playlists (Error 803). In Rekordbox (6.6.4) the playlists are ok, I can play the tracks in this playlists from the usb stick (SSD, 128GB, 420mb/s read, 380mb/s write). The harder error: If I throw out the external ssd from 2nd usb slot, it doesn't read anything anymore after put in again!!! Please fix that as ASAP!!!
