Serious RX3 Issue

Received the item this week and plugged it in. Within 20m it automatically turned off. Had to remove the power lead and plug it back in upon doing so it was fine for the rest of the gig. The same issue happens every-time the unit has not been used for 24hours extremely unhappy with this any ideas what to do

If it's happening all the time, I'd return it to the retailer for an exchange. It's unlikely that they have a replacement available in stock at the moment due to supply-chain issues, however they can arrange to replace it when more stock is available.
