Why is my back up NOT including the music/files???
I've repeated doing the back up 5 times now to make sure I'm doing it right, I'm 100% clicking YES to include the music, yet all I'm ending up with is a 600Mb zip file that does not contain any music files?!?!

Have you looked in the Music folder that now exists in the same location as that zip file?
