DDJ 200 not working on new Acer Aspire Laptop
I have bought a new laptop as my old one just gave up but I cannot get Rekordbox to recognise my device. Please can somebody help as I read it may be the drivers but I have no idea what to do.

Hey Nick,
If it's an 11th-gen Intel CPU, we are aware of many manufacturers having a driver conflict with Realtek audio devices. Please check the Acer website for your model to obtain an updated audio driver or new BIOS which will resolve the issue of 3rd party audio / MIDI devices (such as the DDJ-200) being blocked.
