ddj1000 master out xlr Left very quiet
The Left XLR output on my ddj1000 is a lot quieter then the right
the sound quality is the same (no crackle or distortion just half the volume)
booth output is fine
don't have rca cables to test other master out
set to stereo
have updated drivers
changed output to headphones and back to master
power cycled
any ideas any one?

Sorry about that - possibly a hardware issue. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your DDJ inspected and/or repaired.
Any luck with this issue? Experiencing something similar
Haven't heard anything as yet, I also know another 2 that are having the same issue. mine has been in a road case and never left my house since purchase, so it hasn't been knocked or anything...very strange
