DDJ-SR2 - Failed to connect audio

Hi Everyone, 
I've recently had the issue with my DDJ-SR2 not connecting to Serato properly with a message popping up saying "Failed to connect audio". After a few trials and errors, I reached out to the company and got my problem taken care of, no pop-up messages, and output working properly again. I hope these pics below will skip some headaches for anyone with the same problem and gets you back to spinning on your decks asap!
