DDJ ERGO V - Rekordbox dj
I have some issues using Rekordbox performance with DDJ ERGO V, I can listen my music perfect in the EXPORT mode but and also in the PERFORMANCE mode, but when I connect the ERGO controller it plays the music very fast. Can someone help me?

Yes. it¿s on +-6 and it´s in the center middle of the pitch
And is the pitch of the player (software) at 0%?
Yes, the player shows, 0% and +-6 on screen, is there some other way to check it?
It's possible that the audio file or audio device configuration is what's causing it to play back at the wrong speed. Can you please post a screen shot of the rekordbox audio tab from the preferences? It should show this information:
Can you try un-checking the "Output audio..." box, and see if you can change the sample rate from 441000 Hz? (It might not.)
No, I can´t change the sample rate.
But now it works, unchecking the box. :)

@Eduardo > Okay, so that tells me it was possibly a sample-rate mismatch between your internal audio device and the DDJ (ERGO) driver. You may be able to re-check that box if you verify your Windows audio device settings for that driver to match the 44.1kHz sample rate.

Hi. I have issued a trial period for the Core tariff. But in the settings the tariff has not changed, and does not work with Pioneer DDJ Ergo V. Is there any instruction for proper setup?
