DDJ SX3 issues, problems, bug, error

This is not solved after three months? Track stops when spinning jogwheel backwards and cue headphone buttons acting line track cue button etc.
I have one suggestion... Do you (those with problems) have firmware for SX or SX2 installed on your computer?
Or is here someone who solved it somehow?
