Hello, 

I only get the white colour from the fixture and does not coordinate with the software colours. there is no problem with rotation, tilt but only the colour. Can you assist please.

As you can see in the manual you have sent us, there is no information about the colors used in the fixture (they are mentioned as Color1, Color2 etc). Do you have this information? If yes, then please send it to us so we can update the fixture.

Colour 1 = RED 

Colour 2 = GREEN

Colour 3 = YELLOW

Colour 4 = BLUE 

Colour 5 = PURPLE 

Colour 6 = AMBER 

Colour 7 = CYAN 

Also, Strobe seems not be working as well. Could you double check. 

What about Gobos, is that supported ? I dont seem to get any!

• Only specific DMX lighting fixture features – such as the dimmer, strobe, color and moving head (PAN/TILT) – can be controlled with Lighting mode.
• Fixtures with other features, may not work as expected.
• Features such as gobo, along with some effect lights, lasers, fog machines and all-in-one lighting systems, aren't supported.

Thanks but still its all white, no colour change. My current updated library version is 1158.
