Can I do this with rekordbox dj

I have a Numark M6 usb external mixer connected to my udj6 external sound card. Can I use a ddj400 for midi control but still use the channels of my external mixer for cueing and eq. Will rekordbox dj allow me to use at least 3 channel on my external mixer using 3 audio out of my current audio interface. Thank you.
