The forum dont works in Safari, use the Opera Browser
If you want to write some tips of help in the Forum, try to download the Opera Browser, because there is a bug in the NAvigator ( you can not add a new post)

Log out, clear your cache, remove cookies for the following sites:
*.pioneerdj.com
*.zendesk.com
*.gigya.com

will try deleting these specific cookies + cache the next time... (instead of the whole thing)
