Newbie question
sorry if this as been asked before but im new to this when playing a music video the video gets dark if i pull down the volume slider and gets bright when pushed up is there a way to turn this feature off

Unfortunately not - otherwise there may be no way to control the video levels (if you had the crossfader disabled as well).
