support request issue
I am having major problems raising a ticket for the jog wheel issues im having with the xdj-rx2 i have submitted at least 6 forms with attached video and there is no confirmation of it being sent or recieved and no email of confirmation is there a problem with the technical support as i have no idea if they have recieved my ticket it just seems to hang on submit?

Sorry about that! Please file an inquiry ticket here instead, and try without the video. It could be the upload was too large / timing out.
No worry's I have filed the ticket and now have conformation all good, thanks for your help
