Burning CDs (Mp3 & Wav)
So is it a bad idea to burn both mp3 and wav files to the same CD? Also, someone told me the less files or Audio tracks on a CD, the faster it loads. True statement?

Burn as CD-Audio (CD-A) in your settings. This will burn all filetypes as uncompressed audio formats - therefore making it easier for the players to load and decode the information (waveforms etc). You'll only get about max 15 tracks with this method.
what if the files are mp3s? do i still burn as CD-Audio?
@Reggie > Yes. They'll just burn as "uncompressed MP3s".
one more thing gavin, is there any point in using Nero vs using the stock CD burner in a macbook pro?
Yeah, I'd go with Nero. I always used it in the past and found it a great piece of software. Burn at a slow and steady speed - slower = more stable (but there's no need to burn at, like, 1x).
forgot to say thank you gavin lol better late than never?
3 years - wow! I'm sure he'll appreciate it. ;)
