DDJ-S1 Install question please?
Hey guys,
So I had ITCH 2.0.1 installed using the NS6 than exchanged it for the DDJ-S1 plugged it in and it worked fine. However someone told me I must run the install disc while the mixer is plugged in for the drivers to be installed on the Mac OSX.... Should I do this? then delete 1.8 and continue to run 2.0.1 ITCH?

I don't have any experience with Itch, but from what I understand, you just need hardware that is approved to use with the software which you obviously have. There is no difference in the version of Itch that was packaged with your S1 vs. your NS6. So if it works, then it works, and there is no need to install or reinstall anything.

You need the hardware connected during installation for the installer to detect the hardware and configure the appropriate driver files.
