How do I cancel subscription on Mac OS X

Hey guys, how do I cancel the Rekordbox performance and DVS subscription?   I on Mac OS X?   I de-activated from within the application itself, but I was just charged the $10 again.

 

Please help...thanks

Deactivating doesn't cancel or disable your subscription, it simply allows you to move your license to another computer. If you would like to cancel the monthly subscription, please follow the instructions on this page.
