Sandisk Extreme Pro 128 GB 3.1 solid state flash drive rekordbox issue
My flash drive will not pop up in devices in my Rekordbox. Any suggestions?

@Taylor > As @Martin says, chances are it's not formatted FAT32 or HFS+ (Mac's file system). Check that first.
PC / MAC?
Is it formatted in FAT32?
On PC. Check if you get an assigned letter in the diskmanagement section.
D,E,F: and so on. IF its blank, the device wont show up.
If you done everything, check if the memory is faulty. Does it get hot, and i mean really really hot?
I use Samsung metal 128gbs memory and the metal works as a heatsink so it get hot but in the acceptable range. I also use Sandisk 16/32/64gb plastic sticks and SD cards. The only thing I've noticed is disintegrating sd cards that breaks down cause of heat.
Other then that it seem to work with any version I've tried.
