Reset rekordbox
How do i go about resetting rekordbox back to defaults... This includes the GUI layout etc.
This is a mac install.
Any help or advice appreciated.

Easy-peasy... with rekordbox closed, open the Finder, select Go > Go to Folder...
Go to this location: ~/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox/
Find the following files:
rekordbox3.settings and rename it rekordbox3.oldsettings
browseSetting.xml and rename it browseSetting.oldxml
FxUnitSettings.xml and rename it FxUnitSettings.oldxml
PadFxSettings.xml and rename it PadFxSettings.oldxml
PlaySettings.xml and rename it PlaySettings.oldxml
SamplerSettings1.xml and rename it SamplerSettings1.oldxml
VideoSettings.xml and rename it VideoSettings.oldxml
Open rekordbox and those files will be rebuilt from scratch.
What is the problem that you feel a reset would fix?
I'm new to the app, and was fiddling around with the settings, not really knowing what I was doing. I wanted to wipe the slate clean and start from scratch. As it is, I have worked out how to do it. Simply remove all folders that are installed on app startup. Reboot and hey presto, a clean and fresh rekordbox.
