Folders and playlists not showing up

i'm new to this software, was hoping it would work like the browser in Traktor, where you expand the tree and everything appears the same way it does in Itunes.

In Rekordbox 4.3 the browser is not displaying any smartlists and only goes 1 folder deep.  None of the nested folders are showing.

For example, in Itunes I have:

Dj Tools>
        Party Sets>
                New Years Eve 2017

Rekord box only displays Dj Tools folder and non smart lists in that folder.  

Am I missing something?
