XDJ-R1 not transmit MIDI to PC

Hello,

I am from Bahia Blanca, Argentina, and I have a technical service workshop for audio and professional lighting.

An XDJ-R1 controller arrived at my workshop, it does not respond in MIDI mode, it only transfers the job wheel, but it does not respond to any Play, Cue, Tempo, etc button. Everything is frozen except the wheel Job.

I already did a factory reset and it was not solved, I tried with 3 USB cables and with all the same thing happens.

Any suggestions?
