Using SYNC to change BPM to half of the master Deck in XDJ-RX

So lets say i have a track at 128 BPM in Deck A (playing) and another of 78 BPM on Deck B.

Is there a way to use Sync in the XDJ-RX , to move the BPM of Deck B to HALF of Deck A i.e. change the BPM of Deck B from 78 to 64.
