O REKORDBOX NAO CONSEGUE CRIAR FIXEIRO NA PASTA ESPECIFICADA

Did you recently move rekordbox to a new computer?

I see from this other topic that you did change your hard drive. Are you on Mac or PC?

Yeah, when you moved from the old computer to the new one, you didn't backup / restore the database - you copied it, and the user name on the new computer is different than the old one, so rekrodbox can't find the data files.

First, close rekordbox.

Next, determine your current username / home directory. Open the System Preferences > Users & Groups, then right-click on your username - select Advanced Options:

On the next screen, the Home Directory will tell you your username / path:

Click OK to close the advanced options window, and close the system preferences window.

Next, open the Finder and select Go > Go to Folder... from the menu and enter:

~/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox/

Open the file: rekordbox3.settings - if it prompts you for an application to use, select TextEdit.

Before you make any changes to the file, open the TextEdit preferences, and change this setting to disable smart quotes:

Next, search for any lines that contain your old username, and replace them with your new username:

Save the file, then open rekordbox and you should now show the updated location in your rekordbox database settings.

Nao tem a pasta  rekordbox3.settings, pode mandar um video com  o passo a passo por favor.

estou testando, esse produto, sou proprietario de uma escola para DJ no brasil, embreve pretendo comprar a licença, mas gostaria de resover esse problema primeiro.

As for the problem, you didn't follow my instructions; you opened the folder: ~/Music/PioneerDJ/

I told you to open the folder: ~/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox/

This folder is not typically accessible by browsing, you must use the finder command Go > Go to Folder... and paste that path.

Boa noite faço todo passo a passo detalhado, mas não acho o arquivo tem que ter outro jeito por que este não esta funcionado. 

quando digito o  ~/Library/Application Support/Pioneer/rekordbox/ o mac  diz não encontrarr esse arquivo.

eu sugiro que apague todo o registro do rekordbox para fazer uma nova instalação limpa. do contrario nao vejo isso funcionar. 

Deleting rekordbox won't change this as those preference & settings files remain even after you delete the application.

If your operating system is not running in English, it's entirely possible that folder exists under a different name. Try the following:

1) Open Finder

2) Select Go > Go to Folder...

3) Type in: ~/Library and click Go

Do you even get that folder to come up? If you do, navigate into the Application Support folder, then see if you have a Pioneer folder, then inside that, the rekodbox folder.

THAT IS NOT THE SAME THING!

Yours: ~ / Library

Note the spaces? Just COPY AND PASTE!
