Pioneer DDJ RR rekordbox installation

Hey, my name is Kate and I hope you may help me.

I've just bought the DDJ RR controller and keep trying to install it.
After integration with my desktop, Rekordbox shows that the controller is disconnected while it's not true. 
I've tried to integrate it with the other PC with no issues, but I would like to use it on my own laptop also.

I've found some instructions for DDJ RB but not sure if they are suitable for my controller.
