Rekordbox DJ Video plus pack, video tearing and glitches a lot

videos tears a lot while using rekordbox but that doesn't happen when i play the same videos normally in my PC using VLC or Windows Media Player. 

when i use a secondary screen and use some other application while playing the videos the full-screen window minimizes in the secondary screen output.

I request Rekordbox team to please add the video recording feature to the software soon. I wanna know weather we can use "capture" option in software without any use of hardware which is only in DDJ R-Series.
