hay i have a brand new ddj sb2 and it was the first time i using it and the sound is slowing down for it self and clacking how to make it stop , help me pleases i had a to use it today and couldn't

Try adjusting the buffer / latency setting in the preferences / settings of the software you're using.
Does it sound like a brake setting, when you hit play/pause or Cue it slows down to a final stop.
