What exactly is the bug? the BPM jumping to 102?

Where's the original post so I can see what was talked about already instead of having the same convo again

Philip Whittingham

yes

This should not happen.

BriChi

have you analyzed that track in NORMAL or DYNAMIC?

If Dynamic then that is normal if the track made a sudden change at that point of the track

Philip Whittingham

This only happens on some tracks

Yes I analyse the tracks in Dynamic mode

Ok   if or when it happens again, I will make sure I analyse the track in normal mode to see if it re appears

BriChi

you should actually always analyst in "normal" mode, Dynamic is for the few tracks you know may have fluctuating BPM's like older disco or live tracks. Dynamic is going to mess you up on EDM type tracks that have long drop outs because there is not a steady beat for Rekordbox to calculate so it may throw a wrong number like its doing in your video

Philip Whittingham

Just re analysed a track using normal  analyse and same thing happens

Philip Whittingham

Oops    seems this work around works

BriChi

its really not a work around, Normal mode is how you should be analyzing a track
