Hello and Thank You for taking the time to help me with this issue.

I have a DJM900NXS2 at a night club that gets used regularly by many different DJs. Recently, the Beat FX On/Off Button stopped functioning. Now, the FX will only engage while using the X-Pad.

Is this a product of changing certain settings and parameters within the console, or is the DJM in need of repair?

Unfortunately it sounds like a hardware issue.  

Please contact your nearest authorized repair center.
