Hello Martin,

Will you please create an inquiry from the link below?

Engineers will look at your issues with more detailed information provided in the inquiry form. As behaviors largely depend on your computers and software inside, it would be a great help for engineers to sort out your issue.

Hello experts,

was there a solution to this? I have exactly the same problem. I never had the problem, only when I lent my DDJ-RR to my girlfriend and installed rekordbox on her Mac Book Air. I installed the latest driver version (3.0.0.) and the latest firmware version (1.08). Rekordbox-Version is 6.5.3 rev.

So the problem in a nutshell: the sound in the cue (prehearing) is latent, meaning that it is always about 20% later than the master output. It makes it impossible to mix (or mix and have fun, or learn how to mix...)
The buffer settings I already tried, which didnt solve the issue.

It is mysterious that it doesn't work with her Mac Book Air, as I have exactly the same computer, mine is even older and worse in performance...

thx in advance

Fabian

Are you certain that the headphone cue is delayed? In most cases it's the master signal delayed due to audio processing from the speaker / amplifier you're using.
