Setting Rekordbox Up On New Mac

Hello All,

I recently bought a ddj-rb which came with free rekordbox dj. The mac I installed it on was quite old and the software was glitching when loading tracks etc. So I've got a new mac... Rekordbox and the drivers download but I can't get to the licence key page to install. The icon shows up in the toolbar and the computer tells me rekordbox is open, but that's all. When I try logging into my rekordbox account, Pioneer tell me my email is wrong! If anyone could help I'd be very grateful.
