BPM & pitch control Rekordbox Dj

I'm using a ddj-rx with rekordbox dj. When cueing tracks, without using the sync button, for some tracks I can't get the same bpm on both tracks, they can be out by 0.1. How do you get the tracks to sync without hitting the button? The slider moves up in 0.2's which makes it impossible. I've seen on traktor that you can click into the bpm and manually adjust it but I can't see an option for that in rekordbox.
