Is this a known bug? Is this the problem of recordbox (version 1.5.3) is this the problem of the software on the cdj's? (cdj2000) can somebody help me please :)

Can you give me an example of when it doesn't find the results in a search but you can browse the tracks and find it?
As for quality USB drives, I love my Patriot RAGE XT USB drive, it has serious performance and the price is pretty reasonable. I also found good speed and reliability with OCZ drives. I wouldn't yet get a USB3.0 myself (because I don't have any USB3.0 ports in any of my computers).
I have about 8 sean paul songs on my usb drive, and when i'm searching for them it shows only 1. and also with other tracks cant find them in the search but when i'm scrolling i'm finding them. so the are there bud the search function of the cdj2000 is the problem ore recordbox does't make a goed trackfile list... maby this is a bug?
What is it you're searching for when you do the search? Are you able to make a video showing this?
@Pulse I have found the problem! when your exporting track to usb You have the option to select Category (year,genre,key.....) if you dont set artist to active gategories the he can't find the artist name in the search menu of the pioneer's cdj's (don't know if thats a bug?) maby recordbox should export this invormation anyway.. but i'm clad i found the problem..
@Troj > Its not a bug, its user error. If they don't set that as an active category then they can't expect to be able to search that way. By default, artist is enabled.
