Rekordbox Sampler, Trigger but no sound from djm900nex.

Can anyone help me here on how to trigger the sampler or set it to sound out from djm900nex, I hear the sound when playing on my Laptop, but when connected to the djm900nex mixer I don't hear the sound?

Any suggestion is most welcome! Thanks.
