DJM S9 Cue point glitch
So I have the DJM S9 and it has this glitch which is that the track will be playing fine then it'll jump back or forward to one of the cue points. its happened to me alot since I've had this mixer has anyone else experienced this?

Latest serato software and latest S9 firmware

Which operating system are you using?
El capitán but it also happened with Yosemite
I've opened a ticket with the engineers; they may request additional information.
@Gus > Could you please try updating to 1.9.1 as it features a fix for this issue. If you are still having this problem, please let us know and we'll discuss with Serato.

@Gus > Have you tried the 1.9.2 beta? Our engineers aren't sure if Serato was able to resolve your issue in the update, and would like to ask if you could shoot a video if that's the case. I understand it may be difficult to capture the moment it occurs, especially if it's random, but they would like to see the video capture the screen and mixer from just before through just after the glitch.
