Beat grid adjustments don't transfer to to USB drive Rekordbox 4.0.4

I have a track that when analyzed the first beat is automatically set half way between the first and second beats.  I can adjust this in Rekordbox so the first beat grid truly starts at the beginning of the first beat of the track, but when I export to a USB drive the beat grid reverts to the original analysis and doesn't keep any of the adjustments made.  Can someone please provide help?
