Why Wont Serato DJ will Not recognize My ddj sb

Hello,

I downloaded and upgraded to serato dj from serato  intro. serato dj does not recognize my ddj sb

when i go back to serato intro the ddj sb works fine. i followed the upgrade instructions carefully.

i am using a windows laptop with windows 7 home edition.
