Upon loading a track, the CDJ 2000 automatically goes through very quickly (~5 sec per one min of track)

Upon loading a track, the CDJ 2000 automatically goes through very quickly (~5 sec per one min of track)

Whenever I load a new track, it automatically goes through very quickly, unless I touch the jog, in which case everything goes back to normal: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAA-E9W_yXA shows the issue.

 

Any idea what could occur this issue to appear and how to fix it?

I've never seen that happen before, but I can tell you something else I do see that concerns me as to the possible problem:

That spot of what looks like spilled liquid just below the >> button. If it's booze, and it has spilled into the seek button, that would possibly explain why it's seeking forward when loading a track (but curiously not why it stops when you touch the platter / jog).

My recommendation is to have the unit serviced & cleaned.
