DDJ SZ stutter

I have a DDJ SZ all current with firmware, running Serato all current.  I have a problem with the right deck only, on occasion (usually once or twice during a gig) the right playing deck will start to stutter for a second or two.  I tried everything, and narrowed it down to controller (different laptop, HD, USB cable).  It is like taking your finger and doing a fast drum roll on the platter.  I feel like it's the platter either shorting out and picking up something similar to the human hand.  Not sure if sending this in will do any good if they can't replicate this.  Anyone else have this issue?
