Serato will not work with XDJ-1000
I downloaded and installed latest firmware (1.03) and latest version of Serato that supports XDJ-1000.
I connect the deck to the PC with USB and Serato does noet recognize the player.
I tried with a Windows notebook (ASIO driver installed) and a Macbook.
With the windows notebook the deck says PC so there is connection with the notebook.
With the Macbook the connection also says PC until I turn on Serato. It then disappears....
What am I doing wrong?

Have you figured this out yet?
Are either of you using a Serato DJ compatible device (such as a mixer, SL box, etc) to allow for audio output? Without it, you won't be able to actually DO anything with the XDJ-1000.
