Can not log into Rekordbox
Every time I upload rekordbox I input my username and password, but the execute button is not clickable. It keeps saying I am not connected to the internet, which is not true. I have also un-downloaded and re-downloaded the software multiple times. Furthermore, my computer is 100% virus free and I have tried this from 2 separate machines. Please help! I just want to DJ on my brand new pioneers and this is not making it possible

Sometimes the firewall blocks rekordbox from communicating and that message can appear. You can either disable your firewall or try the work-around to download the offline key, found in this help article.
