[OPEN] Xdj-r1 play count
Hi,
My xdj-r1 does not increases track's play count. Is there a setting for this, or it just does not work with xdj-r1?

What is the source for your tracks that aren't being counted?
Well the tracks are purchased on online stores like iTunes and Beatport. I guess I've a few hundred tracks and none keeps track of the play count.
Any news on this?

One more month no response from pioneer.. Does anyone else have this issue?
I have the same issue, I think. Are you using Rekordbox to Export the files for the XDJ-R1?
If you answer is yes, then I think you need to use the Sync Manager in the Rekordbox software. Create playlists and then use the Sync Manager to move the files to your device. I did this and I was able to adjust the play count after using the files on my XDJ-R1.
I was using Rekordbox and exporting with sync manager.
It never worked. This equipment gave me nothing else than problems. I end up selling it and said to everyone not to buy one.
update after update never fixed this system issues (freezes, auto engaging effects etc..)
