Headphone cue on wego2 with virtual dj le

While I play one track on track A I cannot cue another track on track B through the headphones. The headphone cue buttons don't respond and the headphone cue & master mix doesn't respond. I've been in the settings in VDJ LE thinking it was sound card but still won't work. Only getting sound through headphone with what is playing through the monitors. Need help please.
