Waveform stutter first at fresh launch

I have an annoying problem with Rekordbox. I have upraged to a new noteboook: Razer Blade 15, Core i7 10750h, 16gb ram, ssd, rtx 2070
The problem is that when i do a fresh launching of rekordbox the waveform is stuttering and when i exit and re launch it, it works normally. Is there any solution to make it work properly at fresh start aswell ? The version is 5.8.6.
